Programs for all levels of athletes
Penn Elite Track Club offers year-round training opportunities designed to meet athletes at every stage of development. Our programming includes Fall Training to build foundational strength and technique, Winter Training and Indoor Track to maintain and sharpen competitive performance, and two levels of Summer Track—National for advanced athletes pursuing high-level competition and Local (Beginner) for those developing skills and experience. In addition, our Speed & Conditioning program supports non-track athletes looking to improve overall athleticism, explosiveness, and performance in their primary sport. Each program is built around individualized development, ensuring every athlete receives the guidance and structure needed to grow and succeed.
